On October 1, 2026, Dr. Samira A. Rahimi’s lab hosted AgeTech Discovery Day at Mila – Quebec AI Institute, in partnership with AGE-WELL, Canada’s technology and aging network, in celebration of National Seniors Day.
The event brought together older adults, researchers, innovators, and community members to explore how technology can support healthier, safer, and more independent aging. It also highlighted the importance of collaboration among researchers, industry partners, and community organizations in advancing responsible innovation in AgeTech.
Dr. Rahimi’s lab extends its gratitude to all industry partners, collaborators, and supporting organizations who helped make the event possible.
